Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can change your billing cycle from the Billing page. Any applicable prorated adjustment will be handled automatically.
How long is my scan data kept?
Your saved leads, contact and CRM data, and detailed scan evidence stay available in your account on Free, Starter and Pro, without an automatic age-based expiry. You can export to CSV, Excel or JSON on a paid plan. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
How does the lifetime deal work?
Starter Lifetime and Pro Lifetime are single one-time payments — no renewals, ever. The first 100 lifetime buyers get the launch price ($99 Starter / $199 Pro). Once those 100 seats are taken, the price moves automatically to $149 and $399. Your plan keeps working exactly like the matching monthly plan, but it never expires and your saved contacts stay for the lifetime of your account.
What counts as a scan?
One scan means one website analyzed by the Grow By Lead extension. The same URL scanned again on the same day counts only once.
How many devices can I use?
Free and Starter plans allow one device on every billing cycle. Pro allows one device monthly and up to three devices yearly.
Is Grow By Lead GPT included in every plan?
Yes. Grow By Lead GPT is free for everyone on every plan. It is a separate custom-trained assistant that opens inside ChatGPT — there is no report limit or quota. The outreach emails inside the app are written by GPT-6 Astra.
Do paid plans renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly and yearly paid plans renew automatically using your saved payment method. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page and continue using the plan until the current billing period ends.
